I was a bit worried at first when we received this shower curtain, since the fabric seemed like it would need to be used with a liner. However, we decided to give it a go on its own and it’s been great. The fabric is quick drying, and so we’ve not had any problems with mildew. Also, the weight of this shower curtain is perfect. It’s light enough that it lets light into the shower (which we needed since the only lights in our bathroom are above the sink) and you can see through it easily when you’re looking out towards the light; but without backlighting its hard to even see the silhouette of the person in the shower fabric sunblocker.
